One Way to be the Next Teachers

In this week, so many experience that I got. Its are about how to make  our students get attention to us. So, the students not sleep in the class. 

Student will be attention if we make imposing opening. Because opening one of some methods to make fill or engagement from student to us. Then, this is our home work as the next generation of teachers.

I observed too (from practice team teaching last week) that as a teacher in the class we must know and understand our student. Of course, this one of effective teacher. But, in this session I recent know that understanding student like know their food, music trend, the order thinking, scafholding and some aspect that teorisme kognitif said (Piaget, Freud, Erikson, Vygotslky).

But, after class until this Wednesday I conscious that motivation and some internal aspect from the student is important to make student would like to learn (depend of my private experience). This is our home work as the next generation of teacher to make return to his/her enthusiasm. For example if we have a student who has problem in his/her life, and then he/she has not motivation to learn, to follow our teachimg process and lazy to learn whereas he/she have good talent and skills.
