Reflection PETA

            The process of a student in understanding and applying lesson about new things is not easy. Beside the ability to keep focus on the classroom is different in every students they also have different capability to understanding the material. For example a student who is more able to understand in learning process with writing, when the teacher speak and explaining material without writing usually the student will write back what he has heard to his notes.

            Learn how student learning is very important for a teacher. By understanding how students learn the teacher can easily give a new knowledge more effective and easy to understand by students. It gives benefits for teachers to applying the learning process enjoyable but still gets the material.

            From my experience as a student, learning is not easy, even if the material is easy, but I still need a conducive situation to learn. The obstacles that often I got is not all my friends can study in conducive situation with my version, conducive situation for me is the situation is quite calm, and the teacher's voice is clear. As Howard Gardner said "Education that treat everybody in the same way education is the most unfair". So how to overcome, it when we become teachers and have a variety of students with different learning styles? I think here we can use Multiple Intelligence (MI) and Bloom taxonomy.

            What is Multiple Intelligence? MI is the eighth form of intelligence of people who are divided into Musical, Verbal, Kinesthetic, Interpersonal, Intrapersonal, Visual, Logic, and Nature. These 8 forms of intelligences can help teachers to adapt learning process to their individual abilities.

            There is also Bloom's Taxonomy. Bloom taxonomy usually used for increasing student’s understanding. From remembering, understanding, applying, analyzing, evaluating and creating.
