Last meeting, all of us did micro teaching. As we know, all of us have different character. Even, when we have to use the same model of instruction, but we still did it with different way. We often do micro teaching, especially in third semester. I just think that the way we teach the students it is also influenced with our character. But, we can’t depend with it, if we are an introvert person, is it mean that you have to use only direct instruction when teach? Of course, no. So, is it mean that we have to change our character, I think no. So, what must we do? I just think like this, we don’t need to be another person but we just need to learn how to be the best one to our students. Do you have other opinion?
I also remember when Miss Puti said in UET class, I don’t remember the sentence exactly, but it is something like this. “I know that you all appreciate with your lecturer, may be you want to imitate your lecturer’s way to teach, but it will be better if you can be yourself”. Sorry, if my sentence is different, but I think the essences is still same. I do really agree with her statement, if you think that it is suitable with your style you can adopt it but, if it is really not suitable with your style then you can find the other one or you can make your own style. Everybody is unique in their own way. Let's lean to be a good teacher. ^^ Good luck for us

Ms.Puti's statement is one thing that always in my mind,
although we imitate our lecturer ways to teach detaily there is something different, like the same food with same recipes which made by different people will be not same. May we can use their method in different ways and our own style.
In Peta class there are many groups use lecturer discussion right? but each group still has different style and way :D
