Lesson Plan And Teaching Assistant Next Week

When we talk about reflection for last week, this is in my mind,

Identify desired result , determine acceptable evidence, and then planning learning experiences and instruction ..

Ya ya.... This is three stages in the UbD frame work to get good lesson plan by Wiggins and Mc Tighe. So, after we make lesson plan what will we do?

 In javanese “Nak gak di coba yo ora weruh” it’s mean that if we don’t try we could not know the result. And by the result we can get experience. By more experiences that we got, it’s make us more great people.

So, what a event that make me get evidence and experience to make lesson plan by UbD?

Teacher assistant is the answer. After we are watched a video about a teacher who taught thematic lessons, I m aware how important teaching assistant next week. After class I always think, “Now, I must try make good lesson plan. But depend  of Wiggins and Mc Tighe with three stages, we must determine acceptable evidence, and then we can planning learning”. How can we get evidences or experiences that are one of basic “three stages in the UbD frame work?

Our School prepared us to get lessons just not from study in class. But to make good lesson plans that applicable (for example a problem about devide time for activities) we must have experience. And this experiences it’s basic of  teachers to know and undertand student,(knowledge of learners and learning).
