Haryo ganteng's reflection

As a teacher, we have to treat our students with fair. if one students we give a certain treat, the others students have to be get the same treat. but, is it fair if every students got the same treat, while their ability is different? in peta class, this week, we discussed about this topic. if we want to be fair, we have to treat our students based on their ability. in this case, we divide it into 2 types or differentiated instruction, using Multiple Intelligences, or Bloom Taxonomy.

A remember when i was in the senior high school. all of students got the same treatment, for example, my teacher give me and my friends the same task. but i felt that it was unfair. some students, including me, could solve that task easily, but some of my friends, cannot solve those task because they think that that was very difficult. students who could solve that task, only need about 15 minutes, but students who couldn't solve that task need about 45 minutes. you see the unfair aspect, right?

So, after learn about differentiated instruction, what should we do to treat our students with fair?
