“If a child can’t learn the way we teach, maybe we should teach the way they learn.” (Estrada) And how are we? Certainly as a teacher, we have our style in teaching. But if we could see, sometimes our students didn’t like what we do. So what should we do? Actually in this reflection, I want share my opinion about an inspiration teacher.
I think that we can be an inspiration teacher if we could understand who our students are. As a teacher sometimes we are being more egoists when we teach. Sometimes some of them couldn’t understand what we teach. And we just allowed that the condition happens. We do not allow that condition happen but we also do not want to improve our skill to make them know what we teach.
So we know that we must know how the way to teach our students. And after that we must get their understanding with our teaching method. And I want that will be true in my life as a teacher because sometimes I cannot make my partner understand what I said. Thank you
