Inspire from My Master Teacher ( Reflection 7 After School Experience)

         Experience is a something that unique because it is not repeated again and just happens one more with the different time.  In this program School Experience I get more experience about teaching and learning. I did the observation in week 1 and taught in week 2 make me more understand about teaching and how to make students interest and feel fun in learning. In this experience I get more inspire from my master teacher. He made me more enthusiastic in teaching n open my eyes to more understand my students.

Nothing someone is perfect that really has not mistake. When I did the observation I saw my first master teacher taught his students and all of his students pay attention to him, but in the second observation with the different master teacher his students didn’t pay attention to him. This condition to be a reflection to me, why the students do that, but in the other side when I did interview to him I get more information about a teacher.

He said to me that to be a teacher is a great desire from heart. Someone who does not like teaches the students, so he or she can not attract their students or make them friendly to him. As a teacher we have to be patient, friendly, and accept the opinion of my students. We have to know more about the condition of my students, so the relation between teacher and students can be better. The other inspiration from my master teacher is he can made the condition in the class very calm and he taught with prestigious person. I think this way that made them pay attention to him. 

        For me this experience is very important that I can imitate a good behavior from my master teacher and I get more experience for the teacher when I did observation or when I did team teaching in the classroom. Hopefully in the future I can do better. How about your story?? What inspires you from your Master Teacher when you did School Experience?
