Assessment  for Students and Teacher

                Assessment is not only for teachers, really ? yeah, its TRUE. Based on PETA’s lesson about assessment for learning, assessment of learning, and assessment as learning then we know that assessment is a part of the important thing in teaching in learning process. When I was Senior high school what I know is assessment is just for students, to get score from that and knowing students capability in any lesson. But that’s not effective, when we just use assessment as a tool for knowing students capability.

                Assessment as learning is assessment that is for students’ self assessment,  and using formative. Assessment for learning is an assessment that has continue progress, and using formative. Then last assessment of learning is an assessment for teacher to assess their students’ capability. Which one do you think the best? There is no the best assessment, all of them are interdependent. So as a teacher candidate we should learn how to make an effective assessment by using all of the assessment. Assessment is not only about score but also about the process that the students feel. The most important of assessment is you know who your students is.
