          Assessment, the assessment is an important component in teaching and learning activities. Many ways that can be used in the assessment, the Assessment as Learning, Assessment of Learning and Assessment for Learning. Of the three types of assessment, there is an assessment that I love is to do an assessment of myself and others.

As a teacher of course, this assessment is very useful for teaching activities are done because at the time of course they should teach and assess students responded positively to the students as to motivate and facilitate students in the learning process. That way, teachers will understand the needs of their students. On the other hand, the assessment is also useful for students. Like me, when I get the value that might be said to be low, I often feel motivated to learn to be better. In addition, the assessment can also be used as a medium to understand myself personally. At that time, I've asked my teacher to assess myself and ask my friends to judge me too. At that moment, I felt that by doing so has made me much more aware of myself, as well as students. When students were asked to rate their level of understanding of course they will understand their ability and by themselves they will be motivated to continue learning.

                    In the course assessment process teachers and students have an important role to judge one another. What would you say to my reflection?
