Reflection PETA about Assessment

                Last week in the class we talked about assessment of, as, and for learning. All of them have to do in the class, but with the different way. There are any related about them that can influence to the students. Assessment can measure understanding the students and the teacher to be know what has to do to make them improve in learning and also make the different way in the process teaching and learning that can make students easier to understand. Model of teaching can be different to make students not bore in the class and can make them interest in learning, so they give pay attention to the explanation teacher and to do best in their assessment.

In the assessment of, as, and for learning have to do in the class, but they have different way.  Assessment of learning is the design of the method assessment that the teacher make, so the teacher has to make strategies how she/he assess the students, what assessment method that he/she use and what he/she assessing is.  While assessment as learning doing by teacher and students in the class during the process of teaching and learning, the teacher gives activity that can make them understand about material.  All of the activity in the class can be assess by teacher to be know understanding students when they learns, but honestly many teacher did not do it because they busy to do that for all the students. They thought it can need more time to do that, but I think to do that we have not need more time, we can make them in the groups and in the group have to responsible to their member of the group and we as a teacher give guide and manage of all the groups. Work in the group can make them know the ability of their friends about the material and give them more attention and sharing each other.

Assessment for learning is about continuous, so the teacher knows more about the progress their students. In this process the teacher knows to make it better in the next meeting. The teacher can gives this information to the parents and their students to more active in the class and learn more if they get not good score. In the conclusion, I think all of this assessment important to do in the class because there are any related to do in the class.
