Assess our students’ needed

When we become a teacher, the most important think is we can give and fill students’ needed. How to know we fill or not students’ needed is assessment.

Now, the issue talk about rubric. I agree that when we use rubrics to assess our students. but the affect of rubrics can positive and negative. the effect depend the teacher. i think rubrics is one tools to assess, when we make rubrics. Of course, the most important is we fill students needed.

So when we become a teacher dont’t forget make fair assessment andd also assess students needed
