 Use The Rubrics if Needed

In previous meeting, I learned about how to make a Rubric. Before, I was thinking that make a rubric is easy. I only make interval value such as 1 until 4 for assess students but it turns out not easy to make it.  In the class, Mrs. Mima asked to my friends and I to make a rubric, and it turns out was difficult to make it. I should know about criteria of assessment. My friends and I tried to make it and really confused what criteria should be incorporated into the rubric. When we match our rubric to assess our friends who did micro teaching, any criteria which not match for assess them.

My reflection is make a rubric is uneasy, I must know right criteria to assess the students.  Moreover, I should be make a rubric which clear so the students can understand about what they do which appropriate with the rubric. Not all assignments of students is need a rubric. So, use the rucbric is needed!
