My Reflection Week 3

          The more often learn PETA, I more often find a way to become a better teacher. Already three meetings on subjects PETA, I've felt have the best preparations to become teachers, but the preparation been not quite up to here. I should be even harder to learn to become the best teacher.

          At this meeting I learned about the model of instruction, namely the various methods used a teacher to deliver a wide range of materials to students. Among them are models, Direct Instruction, Lecturer Discussion, Discovery Guide, and Group Interaction. From these models, I conclude that the model is an activity SCL (Student Centered Learning) but are in control and facilitator, teachers remain in the class.

          By knowing the various models of instruction, we can combine these models to convey different kinds of matter, but besides that we also need to know whether the material to be delivered are suitable for use one even combine these methods. In other words, we are not delivering the material by various methods, but we must see what is required of students at the time, because then we can achieve the learning objectives. Sometimes a lot of teachers who use various methods but by using these methods will make the students do not understand it conveys. That way, we as prospective teacher must be creative in determinig the methods to be used in order to be relevant to the matterial submitted.
