For the PETA class this time, we watch a video about a teacher who taught thematic lessons. Apparently it's not easy to teach a thematic, how we combine learning about the environment, mathematics and science, social studies into one material. Teachers in the video that was surely have prepared lesson plans as possible so that all learning objectives achieved. Sometimes, when teaching is certainly not always the plan that has been prepared fully achieved like in this video.
Other than that I feel the memories of my first time making lesson plans. Topics cannot avoid and a knowledge that must be owned by a teacher. Planning for instructions, in teaching the teacher should be able to successfully make the students understand the lesson one of them with advance preparation. In addition to the preparation of learning materials, methods that can be used to deliver such materials are also the most important thing to note is the way we deliver instruction to students so that she could understand the lesson.
Like the time my primary school I was so impressed with my math teacher who always made each time to teach her students enthusiastic. Why? Because the method of learning was not boring and sometimes slipped games and joke, and often we are given a worksheet to be done in groups. And I like most so that makes me love in every time he is teaching him to explain from basic to higher ground material. It means he knows the stages of understanding their students. Like in Bloom Taxonomy as we know, which consists of remembering, understanding, applying, analyzing, evaluating, and creating. He always explained slowly so that the students until really understand. Sometimes me and friends invited out of the classroom to see firsthand how wide an area as lessons are measuring.
Now it's time I learned how to set up learning to make students understand with my explanation and instructions. Start from making lessons plans. Lesson plan that we prepared in teaching was not always the same as what happens next depends on the current situation of teaching and classroom conditions. As a teacher also must be ready with all the possibilities, and find ways to achieve learning goals. Ok, this is my reflection for the second class of PETA, do you have any comment or other opinion? ReplyDeleteok, In my opinion... if we want to make lesson plan that can be implement, we must to try make it. If can't to implement we must to try again and again..

Intinya, tiap buat lesson harus coba di jalankan dalam kelas, benar kah siswa paham dengan lesson plan kita atau tidak... jika tidak, buat lagi coba di pakai di kelas.. hingga akhirnya kita akan paham.. ohh jd seperti ini lesson plan yg cocok..
nah dengan begitu, penting lah sebuah teaching assistant 2 minggu depan...
(my opinion just guessing.. but, "nek gak di coba yo ora weruh" dalam bhs Indonesianya kalau tidak kita coba mana mungkin kita bisa tahu bakal tahu hasilnya... )

ReplyDeletewell, writer, lesson plan is needed. and it's true that there must be an implementation of it. we can't only make lesson plan to get a great experience for students, but also the content.
the thing that i remember from last week. lesson plan is a personal thing of teacher, so we need to reflect what kind of methods to be used..
