Last week in PETA class, we learn about multiple
intelligences and bloom taxonomy. It is great topic. In this material I know
before we teach the students, we must understand how the students learn.
Because I think every students have unique, strength, and weakness.
Every people
have different capability. Today, the stereotype many people to children is
children not smart if children didn’t have good score in math, physic,
biologic, English, and so on. I thought it was not fair to children because
children have various capabilities. The stereotypes delivered from opinion with
one side the children capability not all side children. So we must see our
students from all side. But it is difficult.
With Multiple
Intelligences, we can see and know differences intelligences students or
characteristics students to learn. But with bloom taxonomy we can know students
capability with measurement (remembering, applying, analysis, evaluating,
creating). Both of them strategies we can use in teaching and learning process
appropriate
the condition and situation in the class. But I have question. If I use
multiple intelligences when I teach, how I teach students with different intelligences
in the same time?
I think with
some treatment we can know the differences how students learn or intelligences
students when learn. The differences should be special and unique if we know
from that how teach the students. My solution after know the differences
intelligences of students is always use vary strategy. Such as I know that the difference my
students intelligences
are linguistic and body kinesthetic. So I
teach the students with much assignment, such as presentation,
group work, and so on. And my assignment or step when teaching and learning
process with bloom taxonomy. Because with bloom taxonomy, we can know or measure
understanding and capability students. So may be if we mixes multiple
intelligences and bloom taxonomy it will be better. ^_^ how about your opinion?
Don’t forget
every student have different intelligences and capability, so we should find
all. And see all side the students to know weakness and strength. Because I know that every people
have weakness and strength. But if we know our weakness, we can develop our
weakness to become strength. The last, the differences of students is special
and unique.

may be we cannot implement it in the same time but we can change our methods in every week.

ReplyDeletewe have to develop the student who has different capability, especially for student who is slow learners, we have to care about them. Because, every body has strength and weaknesses. :)
